WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We process and whip within 24-48 hours of the order being placed during business days Monday through Friday. If your order is custom made (ex. custom photo, custom name, etc) your order may take a few days to process.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

This depends on whether it is an *International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 7-15 business days. custom orders may take up to 30 business days for delivery depending on the location. Custom orders take longer.

 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use the United State Postal Service and UPS. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. You can track your order here. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 15 business day, please contact us.

 

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We DO NOT offer any refunds for "change of mind"or "Custom Orders". Please be aware of this before ordering.

  • Liam Nahun will provide a store credit only. No refunds will be provided.
  • Liam Nahun is not liable for the loss of items being returned.
  • Item must be unopened and in original condition when being returned.
  • If you paid for the delivery of the original order, the delivery cost will not be credited to you, only the cost of goods.
  • Order may be fully refunded only if it hasn't yet been shipped.
